Each player is permitted to hold only one active fi777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. fi777 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. You warrant that all information provided to fi777 during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your fi777 account, whether or not you authorized that activity. fi777 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual login patterns, irregular betting behavior, or suspected use of automated software.

All deposits to your fi777 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). fi777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. fi777 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your fi777 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. fi777 targets a processing time of under five minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary due to payment provider processing schedules, verification requirements, or technical factors outside fi777's control.

fi777 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the fi777 account dashboard.

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on fi777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). fi777 does not charge currency conversion fees. The amount displayed in your fi777 wallet is the exact PHP amount available to you.

fi777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and carry a positive balance. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be closed without further notice.

fi777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where bonus abuse is detected, fi777 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the accounts involved.

Each game available on the fi777 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. fi777 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

fi777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the fi777 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, fi777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.

In the event of a software malfunction, game error, or incorrect odds or payout display caused by a technical fault, fi777 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and to refund the staked amounts. fi777 is not liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from such errors. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the fi777 platform.

Sports betting markets on fi777, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other events, are subject to additional sports betting rules available within the sports section of the platform. Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body. fi777 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or apply rule 4 deductions where applicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fi777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering or using fi777 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Creating or operating more than one fi777 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
